Visited Park lane in Fleetwood. Lorraine was very nice and friendly. She gave a good price for some jewellery. Was offered cash or bank transfer, I chose bank transfer and it was done instantly. Would highly recommend this company.

We attended the valuation event today in Southport with an old jewellery box from an elderly deceased friend, plus some bits of gold and silver of our own. We were amazed at how much we were offered, over £1000 and had a bank transfer completed straight away.
We dealt with Jack who was so welcoming and friendly, he put us at ease straight away.

An all round perfect result

Visited their event in Romiley today. A totally professional and friendly member of staff was so very helpful. We ended up selling several items at good prices with instant bank transfer payment. Also the staff member gave us good advice as to how to sell some jewellery which was not something they could buy. An all round perfect result. Thanks to Lorraine!

A lovely experience, brilliant

I had a medieval ring left to me, I contacted these lovely people and spoke over WhatsApp, sending lots of pictures.
He immediately sent an estimated and I agreed to send it, he advised special delivery for insurance purposes, which I did..
The next day the ring arrived at the shop and within hours he paid the highest estimate. Brilliant service! Would recommend to everyone who has something very special to sell, estimate was over the others I had, money’s in my bank already.. that’s was within 24hrs of posting, thank you very much park lane valuations.. already discussing another couple of items. My only recommendation is that once recieving an item they contact the seller immediately just to confirm receipt ( yes tracked postage but leaves doubts) and they’ll be back InTouch once the item is examined

Contacted Edward via email about some family heirlooms, sent him some pictures and he gave me a rough idea of the valuation, he advised me to send the jewellery to him via royal mail special delivery, a daunting thought.. he said to screen shot the estimated value and video record the packaging of the items, then save until he had received items this would help me if the items got lost. He emailed the next day with his valuation, only one item was below the estimated value. But this was due to some stones not being real which he offered to send back recorded delivery. Thank you Edward, fantastic service. Got the ring back the next day and payment via bank transfer after accepting the valuations. The process seems to easy

Once a price was agreed the money was sent straight away by bank transfer making it easy and quick. I would recommend going along to see what your things are worth!
